Senator Slom has long been the most outspoken supporter of our Second Amendment rights in the Hawaii State Senate. Few know it, but Sen. Slom is the National Secretary for the 2nd Amendment Foundation and a long time friend of founders Alan and Julie Gottlieb. Sen. Slom has introduced pro-gun bills in the Senate every session and authored Castle Doctrine, and protection against seizure in an emergency.
